How long will it take to receive my tracking number?
After an order is placed you will typically receive your tracking number within 24-72 hours with shipping details. If you place a pre-order then you will receive your tracking number within 24-72 hours after the pre-order shipment date.
How long does shipping take?
Our standard shipping is provided by USPS. Domestic orders will take 2-5 business days to arrive. International orders will take 7-21 business days to arrive. There are express and next day shipping options available at an additional cost depending on the courier selected (USPS, FedEx, UPS). Please keep in mind the estimated shipping time selected is after your order has left our fulfillment center.
I've sent an email to customer service. When can I expect a response?
Our customer service hours of operation are 9am-7pm Monday - Friday and 10am-4pm Saturday EST. Our office is closed on Sundays. Emails are generally responded to within 24-48 hours during business hours.
Can I exchange my order for another product?
No, we do not accept exchanges or returns on our products. All sales are final.
Can I change my order after I've placed it?
Please email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate. We cannot guarantee anything due to limited availability on our products.
